Mrs. Danny is an office woman. Due to the heavy work and “mountains” of plans need to be decided, she seldom has holiday or even weekend. If this situation happened in past 50 years, Mrs. Danny can do nothing, no shopping; no news from other countries, but keeping on working thousands of typing pages. However, this kind of circumstance has changed a lot in the information age. Just take a look at the internet shopping websites, you just need 5 minutes to choose the latest fashion you like and don’t need to anywhere.
It’s no doubt that the effect of the internet has been remarkable. Without the internet, we wouldn’t have today’s modern lifestyle. More and more people read e-newspaper than the normal one. And internet has made these online shopping and reading possible. The internet has also been crucial in the communication between two people lived in different countries. It was hard to be imaged in the past 40-50years that two people from different countries can talk with each other so quickly and freely.
In 10 years, I think lots of the electrical equipment can link into internet in a fast and easy way. Already there are some equipment such as cell phone and PS can link into the internet and you can play with others on the internet by PS. With the development in this technique, I guess that our televisions can easily link into internet in 10 years. You could type the website by the TV controller and search information on it. Furthermore, our refrigerators could also link into internet and do some upgrades.
In 50 years, when I am 70 years old (if I can), I am sure that this world would have been changed a lot. Our life should be more and more convenient and there’s a good chance that a robot could do all the housework. You just need to “tell” it what should it do now, and then the robot could do all the things independently and perfectly. As a result, people would be lazier and lazier and lots of social companies also run by lots of working robots and social security would be terrible because of the huge number of unemployees.
Another big problem could be the human’s clone. With the development in medical science, human’s clone would be possible after 50 years. It must be a big debate on this problem in the whole world if the human’s clone were legal or not.
As was mentioned above, although our life seems to be more convenient as we coming into information age, we are facing lots of problem and the negative side of development. Do you feel that human ourselves are becoming weaker and weaker as the science are being improved. We might not be the unique one in the world as the technique of clone improved. In all likelihood robots will be possible to be more efficient in lots kinds of work. It would become a good challenge for us in the future.

Things about computer
Yesterday, one of my friends said that ‘No computer, no survival for his life’. I have no idea why computer makes so big influence in his and many other people’s life.
As to me, computer is only used for some of the homework and exchange message with my friends. I seldom chat through internet because I think it’s wasting of time. So internet and real life are totally different to me. Due to some weak point in internet, it seems that you are easier be cheated in internet than in real life and also harder for police to find evidence to help the victims. So I think the biggest difference between real life and internet is that things and people in internet are not that trustworthy and some of them are really dangerous.
In the future, it’s no doubt that internet will be improved and lots of new technology will be developed. Nowadays we can chat on the internet, so I guess that maybe we can feel the touching in the future. I mean that there will be a machine that used when you are chatting. And if both this two people have the machine and when one of them touches it, the other one can feel it. So if you put the machine on your face, you will feel that others are touching your face.
Another big change I think will be the illegal downloading through internet. After some laws made and taken into effect, most of the music, movies, games and software will not able to be download. It means that we have to buy all these things instead of downloading them.
Finally, I predict that we don’t need to use mouse in the future. And when we want to surf on the internet, we just say ‘Open the internet’ to the computer. Then, say something about where you want to go (the web site). All the links in the page you can ‘check’ by your voice. And the people who make the web site should ensure that their web site can ‘understand’ other kinds of language not only English. So some language software should be made to support the demand.
